PAYMENTS
All online orders may be paid with any of the above payments through Paypal.
You may also use the online shopping cart to print out an order form and mail in your order with either check or money order to:

We also have provided a printable order form for your convenience. Please be sure to include payment (money order or check, payable to Scents N the City), phone number, complete shipping address and e-mail address where confirmation can be sent.
TERMS OF SALE
All orders must be paid in FULL prior to shipping. We do not ship
COD. Payment in US funds may be made with money orders, cashier checks and
personal/business checks and credit cards. Personal/Business checks will be subject to
a 10 business day hold until the payment clears the bank. Checks returned for any
reason will incur a $35 service charge.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within the US only. Standard delivery time from the
date your order is received is 1 to 2 weeks. If expedited shipping is needed, an additional amount will be charged, contact us for details. FREE SHIPPING is offered on orders over $100. A qualifying order total is the subtotal or products before sales tax and shipping charges.
PRIVACY POLICY
We do not, under any circumstances, disclose or sell ANY customer information with any outside parties.
SPECIAL ORDERS

RETURNS
Unused merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 30
days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. If items are returned because of defect or error on
our part, the items will be replaced or credited without incurring the restocking fee. There
is NO refund for Bath & Body products or custom orders.
